Generate and export weekly or monthly reports on your business performance.
Overview
Opsfly generates a weekly performance report every Monday covering the previous seven days. The report is available in Console → Reports and can also be delivered to your WhatsApp number or email.
The report covers: total conversations, orders confirmed, automation rate, average first response time, top customer questions, and channel breakdown (Messenger vs. WhatsApp vs. Instagram).
How it works
Reports are generated automatically at midnight Sunday and ready by Monday morning. They pull from the same data as the Analytics dashboard but present it in a narrative format with trend indicators — so you can see at a glance whether your key metrics improved or declined week-over-week.
💡 Tip: The 'Top questions' section at the bottom of each report is a direct window into what information your customers are looking for but can't find on your page or in your posts. Use it as a content brief.

Prerequisites
- At least one week of conversation data
- Console access with Analytics permissions
Configuration
To receive reports via WhatsApp: Console → Settings → Reports → enter your WhatsApp number → enable weekly delivery. To export a report as CSV or PDF: Console → Reports → select the week → Export.
