Quickstart
Connect your first platform and get your AI agent responding to customers in under 30 minutes.
Overview
This guide walks you through connecting your first platform and getting your AI agent live in under 30 minutes. By the end, your agent will be responding to real customer messages on your chosen channel.
The setup has three phases: connect your platform, configure your agent, and run a test conversation. All of this happens in Opsfly Builder.
How it works
Opsfly Builder uses a connector-first model. You start by connecting the platform your customers message you on — Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, or TikTok. Once connected, you create an Agent that's associated with that connector. The Agent holds your system prompt (product info, policies, tone of voice). When a customer messages you, the Agent uses that prompt to generate a contextual response.
💡 Tip: A good system prompt is specific, not generic. Include your actual product names, real prices, and clear rules for what the agent should and shouldn't do. The more detail you give, the fewer mistakes it makes.
Step by step
Prerequisites
- An active Opsfly workspace (contact opsfly@infai.xyz to get set up)
- Admin access to your Facebook Page, WhatsApp Business account, or Instagram Business profile
- Your product list with prices and key policies (delivery areas, return policy, payment methods)
Configuration
In Builder: go to Connectors → Add Connector → select your platform → follow the OAuth or API token flow to authenticate. Then go to Agents → New Agent → select your connector → paste in your system prompt. Your system prompt should describe your business, list your products and prices, and give the agent instructions for common scenarios. Save and set the agent status to 'Live'.
Next steps
After going live, check Console daily for the first week to review conversations. Set up a human handoff keyword ('agent' or 'human') so customers can always reach you. Then explore Autotasks to add scheduled automations on top of your live agent.
