Pricing

Tiers, credits, add-ons, and coupons.

Opsfly pricing is simple: one subscription per business and credit-based usage: no per-seat fees, no charge per teammate.

Tier

Every business subscribes to a tier (plan). Your tier determines:

  • Your monthly price
  • How much usage credit you get each billing cycle
  • Which connectors and automation templates are included

There are three tiers:

  • Starter (৳6,000/month) — standard monthly AI usage capacity, full access to all available connectors and automation templates, access to Vai, and 24/7 support.
  • Growth (৳14,000/month) — everything in Starter, plus 3x more usage, and priority access to new connectors, new automation templates, Vai, and support.
  • Custom (custom pricing) — everything in Growth, plus flexible usage limits built around your needs, on-demand custom connectors, custom automation builds, custom-tuned Vai limits, and 1-on-1 dedicated premium support. Reach out via the business page to set one up.

You can change tiers at any time from Billing in the side menu.

  • Upgrading or downgrading doesn't switch you over instantly. You keep working on your current tier's remaining credit through a short grace period, and any usage or price difference from the change is settled on your next invoice, rather than charged right away.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the cycle you've already paid for.

Credit

Credit is what your usage costs: every time an Agent, Automation, or Copilot conversation runs, it draws down your available credit for the current billing cycle.

  • Each tier includes a set amount of credit per cycle.
  • Your credit resets at the start of every new billing cycle.
  • You can check your remaining credit anytime from the Billing page.

See Usage Limit Best Practices for tips on monitoring usage and avoiding surprises.

If you run out of credit mid-cycle

You won't be cut off immediately. Each tier includes a small grace allowance you can keep working with after your main credit runs out. Grace usage isn't free. It's automatically added to your next invoice.

If you use up your grace allowance too, you have two options:

  • Upgrade: keep working on a grace allowance while the upgrade settles on your next invoice, giving you more headroom going forward.
  • Wait it out: access resumes automatically when your next billing cycle starts. There are no mid-cycle credit top-ups.

If a renewal payment is still processing

You won't lose access the moment your billing cycle renews. Existing (non-first-time) subscriptions get a short grace window to keep working normally while a renewal payment goes through.

Add-Ons

Add-ons let you extend what your tier includes, without upgrading your whole plan.

Automation template

If an Automation Template you want isn't included in your tier, you can add it individually. Depending on how it's offered, this is either:

  • A recurring add-on: billed automatically every cycle alongside your plan, for as long as it stays active, or
  • A one-time purchase: billed once, for that cycle only.

Connector

The same applies to Connectors: if a platform you need isn't included in your tier, you can add it on individually as a recurring or one-time add-on, following the same billing pattern as automation templates.

Coupon

A coupon code discounts your subscription price for a percentage or fixed amount off. Enter it on the Billing page when subscribing or upgrading, before completing payment.

  • Coupons apply to your first billing cycle only. From the next renewal onward, you're billed the tier's full price.
  • Coupons discount the subscription price, not your usage credit, your tier's credit allowance stays the same.
