Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Opsfly, a product owned and operated by Infai. By accessing or using Opsfly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Description of Service

Opsfly is a business operations platform that provides:

  • Connectors to third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, payment gateways, and storefronts — enabling access to inventory, orders, and customer data via APIs and MCP.
  • AI Agents that perform tasks autonomously on behalf of your business, including customer communication, order management, and operational workflows.
  • Auto Tasks — scheduled or event-driven automations such as weekly sales reports, cron jobs, and data sync operations.
  • Process Templates that combine Connectors, AI Agents, and Auto Tasks into reusable end-to-end business workflows.
  • Dashboard and Analytics for monitoring agent activity, sales performance, and operational insights.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using Opsfly, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Opsfly immediately of any unauthorized use. Opsfly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Connectors and Third-Party Integrations

Opsfly connects to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, payment gateways, and storefronts) via official APIs and MCP protocols. By enabling a Connector, you:

  • Authorize Opsfly to access and process data from the connected platform on your behalf.
  • Confirm that you have the necessary permissions and rights to connect that platform to Opsfly.
  • Agree that your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service.

Opsfly is not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy updates made by third-party platforms that may affect Connector functionality.

5. AI Agents

AI Agents on Opsfly act autonomously based on your configuration. You are solely responsible for:

  • The instructions, tone, and behavior configured for each agent.
  • Any communications sent to your customers by agents on your behalf.
  • Ensuring agent behavior complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and consumer protection regulations.

Opsfly does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses and shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or decisions made by AI Agents.

6. Auto Tasks

Auto Tasks allow you to schedule automated operations such as report generation, data exports, and recurring workflows. You are responsible for configuring Auto Tasks correctly. Opsfly is not liable for data loss, incorrect outputs, or unintended actions resulting from misconfigured Auto Tasks.

7. Process Templates

Process Templates are reusable workflow configurations that combine Connectors, AI Agents, and Auto Tasks. Templates created by you remain your intellectual property. Templates shared publicly on the platform may be used by other Opsfly users. Opsfly reserves the right to feature, promote, or moderate shared templates.

8. Partner Access and Data

Partners who integrate their platforms with Opsfly grant Opsfly access to relevant inventory, order, and operational data for the purpose of delivering the service. This data is used solely to power the features you configure and is not sold or shared with third parties outside the scope of your integrations.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Opsfly to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive communication.
  • Violate the terms of any connected third-party platform.
  • Collect or process personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Opsfly platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.

10. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

All payments made to Opsfly — including AI agent customization, configuration, and activation — are final and non-refundable. Since digital services and personalized automation are delivered instantly after payment, refunds cannot be issued once the service has been activated.

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Failed service delivery resulting from a verified system malfunction.

Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) business days of the transaction, along with proof of payment. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Infai's administrative team.

Prices vary based on the selected subscription plan, customization level, and additional features. Opsfly reserves the right to modify pricing or introduce promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, UI, and proprietary technology are owned by Infai. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using Opsfly, you grant Infai a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Opsfly, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Infai's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Opsfly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

14. Changes to Terms

Opsfly may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Users must first contact opsfly@infai.xyz to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
