Broadcast promotions to segments based on purchase history, not everyone at once — and watch your conversion rate climb.

Sending the same promotional message to your entire customer list is one of the lowest-ROI things you can do in f-commerce. Customers who bought women's clothing last month don't want to hear about men's accessories. Customers who bought once and never returned need a different message than your loyal repeat buyers. Opsfly's personalized promotions feature — coming in mid-2026 — lets you segment and target based on real purchase and conversation history.

You define segments directly in Console: 'customers who ordered in the last 30 days', 'customers who asked about [product category] but didn't buy', 'customers who haven't ordered in 60+ days'. Then you write a promotion template for each segment, and Opsfly personalizes each message with the customer's name and relevant product references before sending. Messages go out via WhatsApp or Messenger — channels where open rates are 5–10x higher than email.

The key difference from broadcast tools is that Opsfly's promotions are part of a conversation, not a blast. If a customer replies to a promotional message, your AI agent picks up and handles the conversation normally. There's no dead end. This feature is in development — industry data shows segmented, personalized messages convert at 3–5x the rate of generic broadcasts, and we're building Opsfly's version specifically for the WhatsApp and Messenger context where that gap is even larger.
